About Us

Dickenson Family Properties started as an investment idea with two rental houses we bought and remodeled in 2003. After having fun with the process of remodeling houses, we decided to turn it into a small business with the idea of providing unique well-maintained housing in the heart of Fayetteville. Our small size allows us to give personal service to renters who want an alternative to the larger property companies in the area.

We have lived in Fayetteville since 1994. Chip graduated from U of A in 1981 and is a native Arkansan. Wynn grew up in northern California but considers Arkansas her adopted home. After raising our two children in Fayetteville we now spend most of the year in Colorado.  We remain actively involved in our rental business.  Over the years, we have acquired a great team of people who assist us with viewings, maintenance, and other issues that arise when we are away.  We maintain our goal of providing personal service to our tenants. If you have any issues with your home, please do not hesitate to contact us.
